Answer: Our process is much different. We combine both manual work and automation.
Step by step….
1. We take the paper drawings and convert them into a TIFF image.
2. Then we partially convert the TIFF into a vector image.
3. We then start the manual digitizing process.
4. We apply CAD principles during the conversion.
5. All of our work is modified to the customer’s specifications.
6. Finally we have an 8 point QA/QC system, which has automated as well as manual processes to insure the quality.
Our process has a proven 7 year track record with over 300 repeat customers.
